>> carley: this is a fox news alert right now israeli troops are going room to room inside gaza's biggest hospital after some bloody street battles as you can see. going underground. they're hunting for hamas terrorists and looking for any information on the 200-plus hostages taken in that october 7th attack. >> lawrence: the white house now publicly stating that the israelis have said all along that hamas is using medical facilities as the command center. >> i can confirm for you that we have information that hamas and the palestinian islamic jihad use some hospitals in the gaza strip, including al shifa and tunnels underneath them to conceal and to support their military operations and to hold hostages. >> brian: all right. this targeted offensive coming after the idf's delivery of incubators the day before with that it was gas. brought in baby food, medical supplies to help doctors caring for palestinian civilians. >> steve: right now i'm in our nation's capital one day after 300,000 people rallied for return of hostages. we are going to start this hour not only fly washington but new york where brian is going to show on the touch screen exactly what is going on under that hospital right now in gaza. >> brian: let's take a quick look. a look at just gaza. the gaza strip. first off, where do the israelis want everybody to go? this direction. head to this gate. the ones that stayed in the city, some say they weren't allowed to leave. others say they chose not to leave, have been focusing on gaza city. right here is the city that is surrounded. then they start penetrating in. but the bigger story is what's happening right here at this hospital. it's been confirmed by independent audited that it is true, so forget about the u.s., forget about the idf. forget about israel experts or pundits. it is true that underneath this hospital in particular is the headquarters. a series of tunnels for hamas. there is also talk that they're on the inside of this hospital, which shows as israelis go in, which by the way a big relief that admiral kirby came out and said what he said just echoing what everybody knew that they go into children centers. they go into mosques, underneath mosques and then they go inside. so, take a look down below, this is roughly what we believe it looks like below. and the deeper you get the more dangerous it gets. so, to find out, to get to that hospital you got to go down and also have to go in. when you go down, they are first sending in for the first part when possible robots until they hit a wall then they know where to go. they go from the best they can. at this moment they are not going to reveal when they actually go inside. so far they have not found any hamas fighters in there they fully expect to do it. meanwhile, the negative publicity being push back last two days try to make it clear. we are not here to hurt anybody. we are here to ghetto hamas leaders and we are not going to back off simply because we are in some controversial sites. let's take a look at some footage now of what it actually looks like on the ground in and around gaza city as well as it looks likes a we get rid of the am nation, roll in some of the footage, this is what they are seeing and this is what they are seeing and this is what gaza city looked likes a they go not hospital. they have to do the p.r. game, guys, as well as fight this war. nobody wants to hurt any innocent people. but, when hamas decides to hide there, you quote go there. if the goal is toker dick indicate hamas, not just neutralize them. not hurt them, but destroy them, you have no choice. >> lawrence: you are seeing the infantry men doing methodical search as they go through. they are having to clear. remember, there is fighters for hamas on the other side of this as they are going. they're don't know who is friend or foe, ainsley. >> ainsley: yeah. 300,000 here in america though are supporting the efforts, the israeli army at the national mall down in washington, d.c. it's the largest pro-israel gathering in history. and steve went down there. steve, you probably saw we were watching the images, people draped in the israeli flags. >> steve: absolutely. it was remarkable. people -- and i mentioned this a moment ago, 24 hours ago people were getting into buses and into cars and on to trains and airplanes to all convene there on the national mall. they were expecting -- i think the original permit was for 60,000 people. but one of the estimates is 300,000. and we were right at fourth and constitution. and it went back as far as you could see down the national mall. it was absolutely stunning. because, so many people across this country wanted to be there in solidarity with israel. but, also, to demand the release of the hostages and show gratitude to the united states government for its support. a number of government officials actually took the stage and talked to the crowd. i was lucky to be there. i have been to a lot of big events over the last 45 years in washington, d.c. but this one yesterday was different. do you know why? because it was to so many pima crowd, it was existential. it was about the survival of israel and that's why they proudly show up yesterday and i proudly spoke to a lot of them. >> are you ready to stand for israel today? [cheers] [chanting bring them home] >> we stand with israel. >> so why did tens of thousands many people show up today in washington? for one reason, to send an absolutely clear message that at this critical moment in history israel is not alone. >> there is no two sides here. this is between the right side, god's side and savages who worship death. we don't cover our face it's not embarrassing what we are rallying for. it's not right vs. left it's good vs. evil. >> we are not even protesting. we are standing up for our brothers and sisters. >> we are not going to stop. we are going to keep fighting and supporting israel no matter what it takes. >> steve: there are some people who are like you know that october 7th thing never actually happened. >> you can't -- my great grandmother used to say you can't argue with a lunatic. >> steve: christians stand with israel. isn't that why everybody is here just to show israel we have got their back? >> it should be. i have religious beliefs but if i put away the bible i would still believe we need to support israel. >> for years satan has been trying to destroy israel. is he at it again. we are not going to let that happen. >> it's so sad to see how many people are willingly ignorant about all of this and choose not to see this. what we are here doing today is so important we are able to show. able to show them the truth and able to show them that the jewish people are not going away. not going anywhere. this is a moment we are going to show our grandchildren about. over 200 hostages in israel. we feel obligation to bring them home. >> steve: these are your children. >> yes. >> they're held hostage right now? >> yes. >> this is your daughter. >> yes. and this is my son. and this is my son. >> steve: beautiful children. >> thank you. >> steve: i'm so sorry. >> thank you. >> honestly, i don't think we hear enough about thes who tanks on the news and we need to do everything we can to bring them home. >> at fox we try to do a lot. >> there is nothing better than listening to fox news. they are the one media that's showing what is really happening and getting the truth out. >> we pray for eventual peace. but if you do not conquer hamas who wants death. wants destruction. you'll have more death. so a cease-fire is surrender. >> this is really everyone's war. this is not debatable. these are savages that i'm going to say something shocking worse than nazis. >> i saw a video yesterday with a baby bottle 10 feet away from missiles and suicide vests. is this a normal thing? no. this isn't normal. we need to stop this. >> these are savages and they are living in our country with us. anyone who doesn't speak out now, it's coming to your neighborhood right now. >> steve: they were loud and clear in why they were there. and there had been some rumors that they might be anti-israel demonstrators there. there were a few on the outskirts but more for the most part the police kept them apart with some bike racks and some police tape it was a day for the history books. >> ainsley: very emotional to watch your piece there, steve. it reminds us in one sense i'm so glad that so many jewish people were together to support one another. because we live among so many jewish individuals here in new york. and they are not sleeping. and they have continuous anxiety. and i know we are feeling that as christians. if you are jewish, they are even more nervous. they are scared to go outside or scared to walk around their campuses. >> steve: ainsley, the number one thing i saw there were flags of israel. you can see right there in that wide shot. the number two sign i saw there was christians for israel. >> ainsley: that's wonderful. >> steve: so many. i probably talked to 15 pastors who had gotten people on buses chartered planes and stuff like that just to be there yesterday. it was important to show them that, you know, we have different gods. but we are all behind them. >> brian: you know what was interesting is the speakers and cross sections. you had van jones speak. you had debra messing speak. left wing actress. chuck schumer, hakeem jeffries, the house speaker. as another former democrat pointed outside tulsi gabbard, where was harris? where was the president? sometimes the president has to go out and able to prepare. but the vice president didn't think it was important to go or anyone from the administration important to speak? i thought that was noteworthy, not that they haven't shown backing of israel. no one is saying that. that was a chance to address 300,000 people and explain to them where the most of the democratic party was and is. >> lawrence: i think it was a missed opportunity. you know, when you look at hakeem jeffries. >> brian: did he a great speech. >> lawrence: i was totally shocked by his speech last night. i think, frankly, he gave the best speech out there. he really went through the history. i wonder if the people in his party really heard him lay it out and say this is where we are standing. and to see them at the end all gather hands together almost like a red line to the rest of the world, to the people in this country that are marching in support of hamas with their rhetoric like that. the president should have been there telling the world this is where we stand. >> ainsley: he doesn't that picture. >> brian: that's a good point. in a way to address 300,000 people and let them know i have got your back shows some bipartisan might be able to win over moderates. ainsley, he has people in his own white house. >> ainsley: that are against this. >> brian: own state department doesn't agree with his policies. a lot of those people have staffers that don't think that we should be as pro-israel as we are number of people i spoke to did show appreciation. can you see the capitol right behind me. it was right behind them as well. and they understood -- i asked them about joe biden and they said well, i think he is at a summit or something and that's what the white house said people travel by planes, trains and automobiles there was a crazy story we heard about late in the day yesterday. and this is about 1,000 people, jewish americans from detroit, had chartered three airplanes. and they arrived at dulles airport, which is out in virginia about 20 miles from where i'm sitting right here. as it turns out, a couple of the buses showed up but a third of the bus did not because apparently drivers organized a mass sickout when they found out they would be transporting jewish americans to this rally. and they said, you know what? we are not going to show up. so what happened was something like 300 of these people who had flown from detroit, never got off the tarmac. they waited for 11 hours until the people who did go to the rally came back and they could fly home. it's crazy. >> ainsley: the reason was the three planes had to fly back out together because that's what they were scheduled to do. the chartered flights cannot depart the tarmac without preorganized vehicular transportation. because, when i heard this story why didn't they get off the plane and call ubers and go to the rally. you can't do that you have to have your transportation organized in advance for safety reasons. >> lawrence: i think this is so disgusting on so many levels. >> ainsley: i want to know the name of the bus company and who are these drivers? >> lawrence: show up to book them for anything else the american people shouldn't. i think it's important to note that detroit is the epicenter of a lot of these protests as well. and there's a huge fight going on in michigan, brian for them not to be able to come to d.c. and exercise their voice, i think this is just wrong. >> brian: that's bad. the rally was great. the pushback getting college campuses students at nyu suing the administration at columbia. banned those two pro-palestinian hamas groups from being there. even though they protested they said you are off campus. i think people are sobering up to understand the threat. anti-semitism is not going to go away. it's going to need to be confronted. i thought yesterday was the first page and a lot of people should feel more secure that american people have their backs. we were at work. no one is protesting in the middle of the day. it caught everybody by surprise. i hope we see more balance out when it documents protest demonstrations andizations. >> ainsley: 300,000 were there. how much watched on television? i know people watched on c-span. people were watching here on fox news a lot networks didn't take it in entirety. they have covered every single rally, march, apparently they could not take. this and we covered it all they dipped in and out of if. it shows you at a time when they need our support where they stand on the issues. will sit down with chinese president xi jinping in san francisco. >> expected to discuss a range of issues. >> brian: griff jenkins is live in washington with more. what is happenings today, do you think? >> griff: the chinese press sure does like it. look china daily some sees a crucial for the world. down here you see president xi warmly greeted in the great picture. they love it. but here's the deal. china's support of russia and iran, never ending flood of that deadly to the u.s. remember the countless spy balloons sensitivity military. that complicate the san fran summit and biden and xi will sit down face to face for the first anytime a year that has seen relations between the two super powers become increasingly more strained. the goal this time is to open the lines of communication and get back on what biden calls, quote: a normal course of corresponding with nun another. >> we're not trying to decouple from china. but what we're trying to do is change the relationship for the better. >> griff: president xi got that warm welcome to san fran from california governor gavin newsom where streets were swept clean of the city's decaying crisis. gone were the sprawling homeless encampments and zombie find drug addicts. xi house lawmakers and select china committee blast two u.s. china organizations for hosting xi in $2,000 a plate dinner with american execs who do business with beijing. even offering offering $45,000 tickets to sit at xi's dinner. set to take place after the billing meeting today. we hope to get a glimpse of the face-to-face meeting. then we expect a solo press conference from president biden some time tonight in the early evening hours. a lot of questions about the meeting. and also about what happened here in washington in that capitol just behind steve. speaker mike johnson showing he can legislate patsing that stop gap bill it. goes to the senate and will need the president's signature before the deadline on saturday. guys? >> brian: griff, i can't get my newspaper boy to deliver news day. you got the chinese daily at your doorstep when you woke up this morning? >> griff: it's unbelievable here. i wanted to point it out because this is obviously the chinese press is run by the communist chinese party. they love it. scene is crucial for the world. and president xi warmly greeted. pictures of american chinese folks holding flags. they want to set the narrative. >> we will see what the end result is. >> ainsley: must for for chinese americans, right? because it's all in english. >> brian: script would be going up and down pointing at the headlines. brief griff you have a little bit of chinese writing on the back i can't. tell you what it says but they are very happy about it. >> brian: looks like vodka. >> steve: looks like liquor. >> brian: thanks, griff. all hell breaking loose on the hill. lawmakers throwing around. this is crazy. words and elbows. listen. >> >> kevin mccarthy walked behind me and elbowed me in the kidneys he a walked by. >> i would love to do it then. >> stand your butt up. >> you stand your butt up. >> i'm not going to give you your time back. you all continue -- you look like a smurf here going around and all this stuff. >> brian: what about santos yelling in the hall. a live report as washington goes wild. >> steve: like a gigantic cage match. plus, jewish students, including our next guest including 300,000 pro-israel supporters here in washington, d.c. yesterday. >> my george washington university, we've seen anti-semitic hate fests, rallies, supporting murders of israelis. >> that was sabrina yesterday. >> t live ini the studio.day. we will talk to her, next. to find some relief. cosentyx works for me. cosentyx helps real people get real relief from the symptoms of psoriatic arthritis or psoriasis. serious allergic reactions, severe skin reactions that look like eczema, and an increased risk of infections, some fatal, have occurred. tell your doctor if you have an infection or symptoms, had a vaccine or plan to or if ibd symptoms develop or worsen. i move so much better because of cosentyx. ask your rheumatologist about cosentyx. look who saved slider sunday again! here we go...
