given the follow-up and follow-through is quite crucial what would you consider a success for this meeting? >> we need to start talking about we recently cosigned a 10-point letter from the china select committee after it we release a political purge that the stop the genocide it's happening they have to release american political prisoners they have to release, let americans that are in china and goa. they need to stop actions against taiwan. and a number of other things that the chinese are doing not only in that region but around the world. so that would be a good start. i don't have much anticipation that's really what they'll be talking about the meat. the fight for what you think this is about niceties or trying to get things back on track since there has been more like an icebreaker so nothing's going to happen do you think? >> i think president biden will talk about climate change he thanks climate change is the existential the world it's a chinese, and his party the things we have to do in order to get back at e iran going to strangle iran economically. we need to start enforcing the sanctions that we had during the trump era we need to reduce the amount of income that iran was getting. it does not have to be kinetic tit for tat but start to strangle them economically. and if it gets to the point they continued to fire a marathon americans we need to strike back and strike back hard. i think what we are doing right now is bombing a warehouse or two there's nobody there. they're basically laughing at us. they don't care what we do because they know the president has been wrong on foreign policy for the last 50 years. is going to take a miracle for them to be right on anything at this point. arthel: really quickly are you concerned iran by proxy or are trying they're really actually trying to sucker the united states into a prolonged war question for caucuses were caucs firefighting happening now but a sustained prolonged another war in that region? >> yes i think so. i also think that would also help obviously distracts us away from what is happening with russia and ukraine. he could also take our eye off the ball what's happening with china and taiwan. it's china, it's iran, it's russia, it's north korea. those are our major enemies united against the united states this president is just too weak to weak to deal with one issue can you imagine doing with four different issues at the same time. that really concerns me and then this president is charlie focus on climate change for god sakes. the world is on fire and we are talking about climate change. we are changing to meet what's happening with what china is producing not what we can produce to be energy dominant again we need to start strangling iran economically. and try to force a regime change inside and not of the first thing that we have to do. as far as china is concerned they're going to be look at we are doing around the world than they are going to determine whether it is in their best interest can they actually pull off the invasion of taiwan? that is yet to be seen but with this president i don't have much confidence. arthel: definitely a convoluted set of scenarios there as you well know nikki haley wants to be the next president xi is the gop one of the gop candidates which she was on "fox news sunday" spoke about the importance of u.s. funding israel and ukraine. let's take a listen. >> there is a reason the ukrainians what a supporting israel, why? they know if iran wins russian winds and they don't want to do that. everybody else is this unholy alliance except for americans americans have their head in the sand. if we do this right and ukraine and israel we won't have to deal with china. china is watching every bit of it. they fear america that stands by her friends. arthel: israel is in a hot war just talked about that against hamas terrorist, ukraine is in a hot war defending further russian invasion so why not include funding for those items in this spending bill that's trying to get us to avoid an upcoming potential shutdown again? >> and the problem is you have on one side with israel you may have some democrats are not really willing to do that on on the other south ukrainian avenue republicans are willing to do that. i agree with governor haley, ambassador haley. we have to support our friends if we somehow start pulling out of ukraine and then how long are we going to be helping israel?
