The track, when will you need to be prepared for this . Its gonna take Place Tomorrow Afternoon making landfall late Tomorrow Evening into the wee hours of thursday morning. You will notice the Wind Speeds died down a little bit. That is positive. Lower Wind Speeds are good. When a storm like this slows down like that, it typically grows. We expect this to grow double in size. More people ultimately and unfortunately being impacted by milton when it makes that Land Developer and a larger storm pushes that while the water a little bit more intensely. Use a bigger Storm Surges. This is the biggest Storm Surge Forecast for tampa. Up to 15 feet would be absolutely unheard of. Double what they just saw a little bit further south. Getting up to 10 feet of Storm Surge. Devastating numbers. The Hurricane Warnings because of the strong winds, though stretch all the way across the state. Orlando under a Hurricane Warning get all the way to the East Coast. A Hurricane Warning in place because the wind stays strong even though you leave the Storm Surge behind. A bunch of rain as well. Where do we ultimately see this landfall . There is wiggle room. We are looking at winds up to 110 or 120 miles an hour easily. The only week and a little bit by the time you get into orlando. 75110mileanhour winds will be absolutely devastating. We will reduce a ton of power. Power outages to be very widespread across interstate 4. One of the more populated portions of the entire state as we see the System Drag itself back out over the atlantic. A bunch of rain. Less than two weeks after Hurricane Helene hit the state. 6 Million people are currently under Hurricane Warnings. Officials injuring dire warnings to those in those evacuation zones. As we mentioned, Tampas Mayor telling residents, if you choose to stay, you are going die. Robert ray is south of Tampa And Florida with the latest on the preparations and evacuations. Robert. Good afternoon to you from look at this. Look at the boarded Up Business here. Helene, go away. Milton, go away. It says that on the boards. That shows you the activity in the past two weeks. This area ravaged by Storm Surge. You look at about 5 feet of Storm Surge came in to hear from the Gulf Of Mexico pushing in sand and taking out peoples belongings out of businesses and homes. That is part of the issue right now as we await this Monster Churning Up in the gulf up to 1. Consider that. Although this right here. 5 feet and drugged all of this out i created this mess here. 15 feet and i will show you how its all thats going to look good all the issue is the wind. Up to 125 an hour winds. What happens with pieces of wood and other peoples belongings, they turn into projectiles where they will go flying around this entire area unfortunately. Im about 61. 15 feet is going to be taller than the roofline of this house if indeed that comes to fru fruition. This small community under mandatory evacuations like so many other communities up and down the Gulf Coast all the way from naples to the Big Band and hundreds of miles under Hurricane Warnings where the System Tracking toward right now tour the tampa area. We are just south. All of these areas ravaged less than two weeks ago. Unfathomable disaster. People are not on this beautiful Boutique Island to that so many people have loved in generations have raised here. Now, all of this debris they didnt have time to get it all out. That is the issue all around this area is going to be swept up by the surgeon again. The Wind Field is going to toss it all. A very dangerous situation right now as I75 North is packed with thousands of people trying to flee the peninsula of florida headed up into the state of georgia. The issue it is not just the coach that milton will affect. You have to understand this. Orlando, jacksonville, all the interior areas of this peninsula will feel serious impacts. We are not just talking about power outages. We are talking about infrastructure absolutely falling apart. The Hotel Situation for many of the people who have gone off the Coast Cant find hotels. All of these areas are under mandatory evacuations and shutting down. There is very little fuel at this point. The national guard is out by orders of governor Ron Desantis, 5,000 plus, multiple vehicles ready to pounce. Although this expected to come in Tomorrow Night into thursday. We are awaiting. It is hard to overstate the impact for this community. They just got done with Hurricane Helene. My parents had a little flooding in their home. Imagine that Hurricane Helene hits, and they still got some flooding in the small part at the home. They had a much better than neighbors who are in old florida homes. The entire Living Space Area of their home gone. Pulling out drywall out of walls only for this to happen. There are neighbors whose homes burnt down during Hurricane Helene to the ground. Its hard to think about it and unthinkable to see a storm like milton approaching. Since 1921 for the most powerful storm in the gulf in 20 years. The fourth most powerful storm on record. They are staring down a monster. Ive been getting pictures from my mom. Photo albums, Baby Books they are taking to the second level. Preserving what they can. Number one first and foremost is human life. If you are an evacuation zone, get out. My dad had these words.
