The family of 24-year-old Morrell Buster III is demanding the individual who took their loved one's life turn themselves in. Buster was shot and killed around 12:30 in the morning Sunday.

Newkirk II: Longoria: Newkirk: ( Newkirk: Longoria: Newkirk: She was a teacher, and lots of kids would ask if my mom ever blinked. [Longoria laughs.] She never cursed. She was terrified of anything that did not have legs: snakes, slugs, worms. [Longoria laughs again.] The thing I think about a lot—and it’s a really weird, dumb thing to think about, but, you know, grief does really weird things to your brain—I think a lot about her hands. She and I have, like, strangely similar hands. Long, spindly fingers. Our knuckles are very prominent. It’s like branches on a tree, almost. That’s the first thing I think about when I think about her, uh, because it was such a reminder that she was me.

of care going on here. >> unfortunately, bad things do happen in any health care organization. so, yes, the experts may see a pattern, but that's a very, very small number compared to the actual number of people whom we totally serve across the united states. >> reporter: dr. newkirk and wellpath refused to comment on specific cases. but deny allegations care is being withheld to boost profits. >> our staff are told never to allow financial anything, even their perception that there is -- somehow they should be saving us money. their job is to provide the best clinical care that they can. >> reporter: but in tacoma, washington, pierce county officials say the best clinical care is nowhere near what its 1100 inmates received at the county's jail when a ccs subsidiary took over its health care. >> we have a constitutional responsibility to this part of the population and they're
