>> trace: good evening i'm trace gallagher, it's 11:00 p.m. on the east coast 8:00 in los angeles and this is america's late news, fox news at night. and breaking tonight, the pause in fighting between israel and hamas is now moving into its fifth day and, remember, four days wag the original time line. meaning more hostages are likely to be released but israel has made it very clear the fighting will go on and it will be severe. jeff paul is live on the ground for us in tel aviv. jeff, what are you hearing about time lines? >> reporter: well, yeah, trace, we in fact just got some information that the israeli government now has a list of names of the next group of hostages they expect to be released tomorrow, signaling that this deal between israel and hamas has, in fact, been extended, at least beside a day. again this is all day to day very tense negotiations going on. but this is footage from tonight of some of the 11 hostages that were just released, back here on israeli soil being chopered over to one of the area hospitals to get checked out. here's what we know about this group tonight. two mothers involved in there, in that release, and nine kids. the youngest, twin three year old girls. just the day before 14 israelis made the same journey and joined 26 other israelis released in the previous days. they're all now getting care and treatment after spending roughly seven weeks likely exclusively in the darkness of those hamas tunnels. over the next two days we could see yet more hostages being released after a qatary negotiator said the trues between both sides had been extended by two days. keep in mind once hamas stops releasing hostages israeli forces will likely resume their combat organizes in gaza to both eliminate hamas and get the rest of the hostages back home. there are still more than a hundred hostages still being held by hamas and the families of those who have already been rescued say they are not stopping until everyone is home. >> if there's one feeling that i'm certain of, it's determination for the struggle to continue and until we see all of them back home. >> reporter: now, like we have seen in previous days, more trucks got into gaza delivering some of that much-needed aid for the civilians there. we also know that more than 30 palestinian prisoners were released from israeli jails all a part of this agreement. trace if i could just leave you with one note tonight. think about this. of all those kids, the nine kids who were released tonight, every single one of them left their fathers behind. they are still in gaza. so you think about the families who are being reunited but you also think about what they're leaving in there, still calling for everyone to be returned home. trace. >> trace: they are not fully whole. jeff paul we'll bring you back in the news warrants thank you. >> let's bring in retired cam taken armen kurdian and ops specialist aaron cohen. gentlemen welcome to you both we want to talk about the hostages in just a moment but i want to play you this, israeli ambassador of the united nations was asked about the international pressure of restarting the war and he said this. watch. >> we saw what happened on october 7th we will never forget it. so i'm worried about the pressure but i am worried about the troops because hamas will take advantage to bring in munition to wait for our troops. >> trace: and restanley cup applies is a big worry for israelis hamas gearing up getting ready for round two. >> reporter: trace, let's look at it like this. back in 19 90 and 2001 we established strong coalitions. the world feared when the united states spoke. right now there is absolutely no fear that is out there whatsoever. israel will pause to get this war to the end but it almost kind of seems like they are operating a little bit in a leadership vac vacuum. sure the united states is behind israel but in terms of the words and actions where are the words going on against iran, the ability to strangle their money and take away their capacity to support hamas and the rest of these proxies around the middle east that are pressuring israel. >> trace: armon talks about words and action, president biden said he had no issue saying he did not believe palestinians were telling the truth about the death tolls but then the washington post reported when he met with prominent american muslims saying it was insensitive for him to believe like that. he said i'm sorry, i'm disappointed in myself i will try to do better. he's trying to please and placate everyone and it's not coming across well to a lot of circles. >> trace here's where i'm at with this right now. the same way hamas has systematically used psychological warfare pulling at the heart strings of israeli civilians with the hostage situations, remember if without the hostages they dot nothing they would be decapitated. i believe president biden is being manipulated through the same psychological warfare in the warix it's infiltrated the oval office and his staff. here's why. the fact that he's now placating and pandering and taking meetings with muslim leaders to apiece and backtrack, back pedal on what he said leads me to believe that that psychological warfare has now gotten inside president biden's head. i know that's harsh i don't get political but psychological warfare is a big part of this business and i think it's affected him and i think there could be national security repercussions as a result of that right now. >> trace: a lot of people echoed that you can't have it both ways. meantime a significant escalation armon to the threat of us navy ships to the east. you have the uss mason. this is getting very tense over there. what's your take away on this. >> first of all in terms of what aaron was talking about with the, you can encapsulate it by saying i don't remember a time where our president our chief executive seemed so helpless, that's the best word completely and utterly helpless. with regard to the presence, the naval has done an excellent job in terms of freeing that vessel that was seized but we're going to continue to see more of this. fortunately we are seeing at least britain and france and italy have sent ships, britain has sent military ships, france and italy have sent hospital ships as well but we can continue to see these drone attacks continue, the missile attacks continue, the mason is the only thing between perhaps the ballistic missiles from yemen hitting israel. >> trace: 30 seconds left, one more day a few more hostages coming out. it appears a lot of these people will have to wait for more fighting to resume. >> at the end of the day trace the hostages were the number one priority you and i discussed this but fact is israel has one foot on the clutch one foot on the gas simultaneously. the moment those hostages start coming out which is really what they're manipulate ping, just trying to buy time using the hostages because he was begging for israel to ceasefire. trace they're going to be teaching what israel did in the last 50 days in war colleges for the next 50 years to come but the moment the hostages stop flowing israel will go into tons of action, they have a ton of intelligence from the last four days and it's going to be interesting to see how this works out right now. but biden has to get his head right and let israel do what they need to do. >> trace: thank you both >> meantime 49 year old man jason eaten pleading not guilty to what appears to be an unprovoked shooting of three palestinian college students. he is facing three counts of attempted murder looking into the possibility of charging it at a hate crime >> students at a high school in queens new york stormed the halls for hours after finding out one of the school's teaches attended a pro israel rally. the teacher was forced to lock herself inside an office. marianne rafferty is live with the disturbing information on this. >> reporter: disturbing indeed. the teacher had to lock herself in an office away from the kids but new york city chancellor saying an undisclosed number of students are getting suspended for organizing it against a teacher who posted a picture as a pro israel rally. >> shes wa targeted based on her support for israel expressed in a permissible way outside of school hours and her jewish identity and that is completely unacceptable that she would be targeted for that. >> reporter: the teacher was reportedly shaken to her core as dozens of students took to the halls chanting and reportedly breaking things last week disrupting classes and demanding she be fired. nypd a arrived to escort her out of the building. the incident opened a broader about how school should discuss the war in the middle east. bank says he plans to with all the principles to especially courage them to engage in complex issues. california usc professor john straws who is jewish has been asked to stay off campus and teach on zoom after videos interacting with students rallying for palestinian went viral. in exchanged he said hamas are murderers and that they should all die. some social media posts suggested he meant palestinians should die not just hamas which on he flatly denied in an interview with andburg media. they explained their actions in a statement to our affiliate if la saying in part these measures were designed to minimize disruption in a classroom and ensure a safe environment for him and the students. he is no way being punished for engaging in protecting speech. currently dualing permissions the one demanding strauss be fired has over 7000 signatures, the other one demanding he be brought back throb,000. >> trace: he specifically said hamas. let's bring in independent women's senior fellow and angela morabito. we appreciate it. to you first talking about the hillcrest high school student one said to the new york post quoting here the teacher was seen holding a sign of israel like supporting it. a bunch of kids decided to make a group chat expose her talk about it and then talk about starting a riot and they tried to barge in to the teacher's classroom. on an american high school campus, sara. your thoughts. >> this isn't about a bunch of kids. this is about an entire generation of adults who came to the united states in the 1960s and 70s. they established organizations that have now embedded themselves from the white house to the schoolhouse with a very dangerous ideology and that ideology is what we are seeing in the streets, in our k-12 schools and on our college campuses. it is disturbing and i want everyone to know that i'm a muslim and i personally, my family refuses this ideology because it is intolerant, divisive and ultimately it is an ideology that is not compatible with twournth century. >> trace: we said that last week. the tweet that you issued, asra. the la times headline angela meantime a jewish profess or at usc confronted pro palestinian students and is barred from campus. the economic professors interaction with the students ended with the 72 year old john straws who is jewish declaring hamas are murderers, that's all they are, every one should be killed and i hope they are all killed. you heard the petition 7000 strong now parsing his words saying he said everyone should be killed. he specifically said hamas and they should all be killed. your thoughts? >> this is cancel culture in action. and even the students who hate professor straws are issuing all cants of horrific threats against him have to admit he is factually correct. hamas are murderers and usc leadership ought to take a stand for truth here. usc is one of the many schools across the country that implies a small army of diversity equity and inclusion officers. in theory, these people ought to be standing up for every minority that is under attack. but when jews are the people being threatened those officers are frighteningly silent. >> trace: yeah, he says, asra, or they said from the river to the sea they shouted in their chants. no consequences to them. he says kill hamas, he gets banned from campus. >> yeah. what is happening right now is that there is an inversion that is happening. and those that are actually on the side of sanctity, of peace, are being silenced, and terrorism is allowed to prevail. what i have right here are just some of the signs that i've picked up. i wear this actual hoodie for the israel defense forces and my newspaper jacket to these marches with signs like this, resistance is justified when people are occupied. who is it? it's the far right in our muslim community the religious right. and who are they connected with? folks like the world workers party, right, from the river to the sea. it is an ideology of the religious right in islam with the far left in the united states that's creating all of this inferno that we're seeing now. >> trace: i've got about 30 seconds angela, wrap us up on your thoughts on what asra is talking about there. >> she is 100 hundred % correct. if i can take you back to the story with the mob riot. the seal of that high school is equity integrity of respect. and if you want the last two you cannot have the first one. we are seeing in the real time the toxic effects of equity ideology and it needs to stop. >> trace: angela morabito, asra nomani, great to have you on as always thank you both >> grand new tonight we have video of a train load down with a mass of migrants, loaded down with a mass of migrants in central mexico making its way towards texas and there is also an unusual pause of social media information coming from the busiest sector along our southern border. bill melugin is live with the details on that. bill good evening. >> reporter: trace good evening to you. so right now we have two border patrol sec tours completely overrun with illegal crossings, the del rio sector which includes eagle pass and arizona's tucson sector both getting over 2,000 illegal crossings per day recently. this is what's hiding toward eagle pass right now you just referenced brad new video from earlier today showing a train with massive migrants on the top as they leave central mexico heading toward the border. it will go to monterey and then to the mexican city directly across the river from eagle pass. speaking of eagle pass that city has been inopportune dated with max illegal crossings. in recent days this is video from sunday that led cbp to announce today it is temporarily stopping vehicle stopping in a port of entry, one of the bridges, in order to reassign cbp officers to help overwhelmed border patrol agents. texas congressman tony gonzalez reacteded saying welcome to year three of the biden border crisis where us citizens who lawfully cross over the bridge are punished while illegal allians under the brimming are rye warded. tucson arizona sector which just saw a record setting 15,000 illegal crossings in one week last week is so overwhelmed that they're now going dark on social media. the tucson sector border patrol chief tweeted yesterday in light of the ongoing migration surge all tucson sector border patrol social media accounts will be temp rarely reduced to maximize our staffing in support of our current operational challenges. trace the tucson sector border patrol chief clarified he needs every person in the field and taking an all hands on deck approach because of the mass illegal crossings they're dealing with. he said that's why they're having to pause their social media. but it's something we have never seen happen before during this border crisis. >> trace: we are not done with that story, bill melugin, bill, thank you. ♪ >> trace: well, because the fox news at night common sense department is also skeptical about the border patrol pausing its social media near the tucson sector, apparently it's co-incident al that while the sector at its highest number of weekly illegal crossings ever there is now a social media blackout. in other words, the illegal crossings will remain at record levels but key information about the crossings will be withheld. common sense thinks instead of misinformation or disinformation, the biden administration is now opting for no information. in recent years, the border patrol has bigged for help in handling the flood of migrants, and now, the administration finally stepping up and offering absolute protocols from now on when border agents deal with migrants, they are prohibited from using the pronouns he, him, she, and her. and for added safety, mr., mrs., sir, and ma'am are also banned. so we might not know if a migrant is on the terror watch list but you can rest assured the migrants will not be misgendered and the dhs mum go goes on with agents they are not to disagree with a person's self identified gender. common sense finds it odd the people patrolling the border are to believe at face value the people illegally crossing the border. it would make for a great social media story if only. let's bring in former president trump's dod chief of staff kash patel. kash great to have you on as always. the tucson sector of the border patrol talking about no longer sharing photos and updates on the border crisis. you know, i don't know what to call it. do you call it censorship? do you call it a clamp down? what's your thought on this, kash? >> reporter: great to be with you trace and just like everything else in this administration, corrupt practices, this is a coverup of the corruption. of the calamity. you led off your show talking about hostages by hamas in iran and the war over there. to me this is directly related to the actions that our enemy, iran, the ccp russia and the cartels and terrorists taking on our southern border exploded into ten million crossings into our country since biden took the presidency that's 250 thousand a month. now we're telling americans that we are going to shield them from the information to protect their front line communities in places like arizona because the biden administration has been caught with failed policies and they have been caught with intentional decision-making process that has allowed rapists and terrorists to flood our streets. and now they're saying we're not going to give you any more of that information, congress must act immediately, subpoena mayorkas because this is a decision handed down from the top of the dhs secretary and we must find out why and who and what they are hiding. >> trace: speaking of the migrants illegal migrants overrunning the san diego airport, here's an oceanside city council member watch. >> the city is looking for the county to step up to provide actual resources sustainable resources that can help get us through this up surge in migrant drops. >> trace: there's no resources kash from new york to chicago to eagle pass, to san diego there's no resources. >> right and resources are a rarity and when the biden administration prioritized resources for creating paperwork to make sure illegal my grants are labeled as he, she, it, they or we instead of labeling them illegal criminals and terrorists this is what happens. and then you deflect and allow the media to your security policy by saying we're going to put all the migrants in hotels and airports but we don't know who's paying for them. all along you're depleting the tax bundle that we utilize to protect our southern border in cases like iran russia and the ccp. when you have a scarcity of resources you only have one administration and one person to blame, it is joe biden because they have intentionally diverted resources to the miscomplication and the failure of defense of this nation. >> trace: only about 15 seconds left, kash, but i know you helped in the hostage rescue under president trump. i want your take on, very quickly, what is napping israel right now. what do you think? >> they are running a multi front campaign. joe biden is falling for it. he is paying for hostages. more will get taken and they are utilizing their all
