waters along with judge pirro. and greg gutfeld. this is "the five." brand-new pro-palestinian protests happening right now in new york city as anti-semitic threats and attacks surge in america. jewish communities are on the edge, while the biden white house focuses on islamophobia, and push hamas pro talking points. a man getting arrested by the feds after threatening to scathe a rabbi and quote every other jew he could find. a woman arrested in indiana after plowing her car into what she thought was a jewish school but she wound up smashing into a building associated with an anti-israel israeli group and in california a man killed at a pro-palestinian protest. witnesses claim the victim was struck in the face with a megaphone before falling and hitting his head on the ground. the medical examiner ruling his death a homicide and the sheriff's office has not ruled out the possibility of this being a hate crime. a witness describing what happened. listen. >> you know, i hear the bullhorn coming from across the street. and all of a is you, you know, i saw a hand fly with the bullhorn in it. when i saw the star, i saw the bullhorn come across. very easy to see from where i was. >> there is also those left wing people who have been ripping down posters of babies, innocent women and children, who are being held hostage by hamas. the white house fumbling the ball when asked to condemn it. >> is it the white house's view that these action should be condemned, the pulling down of them, or that that's form of peaceful protest? >> i have sort of kind of seen the reporting, i think it was from last week. >> 30 million videos. >> i hear you. i hear you. >> i'm just not going, i'm not going -- >> is that peaceful protests to pull that down or should they not be doing that? >> i'm not going to go into specifics on that particular thing. >> it's deeply concerning that people -- >> as it relates to a lot of reporting out there about violent protests and threats. >> kgap had to quickly clean that one up tweeting this, tearing down pictures of their loved ones who are being held hostage by hamas. >> she's on thin ice. >> i don't think she has a lot of time with the president. i could be wrong but one of the things is if you have time with the president you would know what he thinks about the news of the day, as peter alexander said, there have been many of these videos. people in america are talking about. this there was vandalism at the white house about this very issue. it's not just the tearing down of the posters, and if you can't in your gut know and say the president condemns the tearing down of the posters and is determined to get every hostage out, including the americans, and pivot and talk about the great things that biden is doing to support israel, but then for peter alexander to say can you take this question back? and -- thank goodness they have twitter, right? because before, like if you had a briefing like that it would have lasted 24 hours so i think, it was unfortunate, i'm glad you cleared it up. glad to know that's hurtful. let's not tear down the posters because tearing down the posters has become a similymbol of someg else. it something they can do to make themselves feel powerful and maybe get a video on tik tok, put it out there, show their friends and family what they are doing and there are no consequences for them. so to have the white house say it is important. the other thing is about the 69-year-old, i'm not going to call him elderly, the 69-year-old man who was killed in california. and i think about the difference between jordan neely, in the suburb of new york, was menacing people in a drugged out stew for, homeless guy that daniel penny puts in a chokehold to get him under control and danny penny is accused of homicide, right? >> man slaughter. >> he's going to be on trial for his life, and think of all the people that came out and condemned daniel penny because of racism? they said that jordan neely never deserved any of that jordan neely didn't deserve to die, he deserved more help than he got from the system that's broken. how is it i know jordan neely's name several months after that happened and paul kessler's name i've got to look down, paul kessler, that's right, i'll not forget his name and people like rashida tlaib would you be best off condemning that type of violence, instead you're out there saying from the river to the sea doesn't mean what it meets as you're playing these mind games because you know how disgusting it actually is and how people feel about that and when she says the american people are not with the president of the united states, think about that, barack obama over the weekend gave credence to what she was saying in the middle of a war when the president of the united states is now on an island trying to do the right thing and his poll numbers are dropping and we're in a situation, with anti-semitism increasing, the war increasing, and then putting more pressure on israel to take a pause so they can get hostages out. i hope they get hostages out and they are not just pressuring israel to do a pause for political purposes here at home. >> greg, we know the real threat is islamophobia. >> greg: of course. you nailed it. when it comes to the dead elderly jewish man you're seeing the opposite of how the media operates in other indents like perry or police video, suddenly restraint is employed. as it should be, all the time. but it's not. restraint is only employed when it doesn't fit their oppressed versus oppressor filter. now they urge calm and waiting for the facts because when the news -- the news is always suppressed when it's bad for the oppressed. and you notice the difference in age between these rabid hamas protestors and the jewish vigils in new york city. it's no secret that young people are naive and extreme in their beliefs. it's basically passion without wisdom. but that's the problem here. what you're seeing is what happens when adults leave the room. the democrats refuse to believe -- to police this growing malignancy among their younger peers. instead they i am police sitly endorse their woke tactics whether it's shutting down speech, pushing for censorship, saying their speech, saying the republican speech is violence. but their violence is social justice. employing the race card in everything. basically saying it's okay to riot and loot after from 2020 on. they justified all sorts of crimes in the name of social justice and now they are redefining jews not as victims of atrocities but genociders themselves. basically advocating for their extermination so the democrats have birthed and caudaled a monster and now it's out and now they are dealing with it. meanwhile the white house has decided to focus on the manufactured narrative of white supremacy for the last three years. you wanted an opportunity cost? that's an opportunity cost. they september saying there are millions of extremie ist maga h grown. now you're seeing liberal juice going holy crap. i thought these were my allies. the questions for liberals is what's left to hate? right? hatred toward the west. hatred towards experience. hatred towards achievement. even hatred towards success and hatred towards beauty. is it any coincidence that activists deface art? it's something about excellence that they despise so the big question of the liberals is, how did you expect this was going to go? more peaceful or more violent when you have been endorsing this over and over again. how did you think this would culminate? you've give an green light to future destruction and future violence? >> judge jeanine pirro. >> good to be back at the table. look, what the biden administration puts out this national strategy to combat islamophobia, anti-semitism is up by almost 400%. the 69-year-old man who was killed is an example of that it's already been ruled a homicide, but the question is where is the leadership from the white house on this? pierre couldn't answer the question about the bloody hands that are outside the white house, and, you know, i just don't want to get into the specifics and all of a sudden they are afraid of rashida tlaib. it's like petty politics in michigan. assuming it's all-pro palestinian. i don't know that it is. 17%. and the air of american vote in the united states is less than 1%. but the elections are so close they have to worry about those numbers but this white house wants to lecture all of us about hatred and extremism and then when they see it they can't say a word about it. but the thing that gets me, and the thing that's so frustrating to me, i kept saying why is it that the world is upside-down now? why is it there are these protests and calling for a cease-fire and everybody is wild, when it's never been more dangerous to be a jew in america, whether you're on college campuses, whether you're in a school that someone thinks the jewish people are in and therefore she drives her car into it. and then i started thinking about it. when isis under the name of islam was killing and beheading arabs in syria, libya and iraq there was no call for cease-fire. there were no protests, there were no people carrying flags and yelling, you know, let's protest this. and when the dictators in syria and libya, when they killed a hundred thousand arabs, there was no call for a cease-fire, nobody protested, nobody raised the flag of their country. but when arabs in the last decade, 400,000 yemens are killed by saudi arabia nobody says anything but all of a sudden when arabs are killed by jews, in a war, where under the laws of war they have a right to defend themselves because, what, 1,400 israelis were slaughtered and burnt and beheaded, then all of a sudden the whole world comes out and says how dare they kill palestinians. forget about the fact that it's war and you can do that, okay? i'm sorry, it happened in japan and in germany. but the hate is not about -- it's not passion about pro-palestinian. it's hatred of jews, and what we've got here is arabs getting angry because now they think the jew hatred, this is the way to get rid of the jews. >> it's hard to follow all of that. >> welcome back. >> you can't follow that. >> i think your voice on this is powerful, everybody has been great. the way you share this proliferation of hate and you gave us a brief history of the killings that have happened in that region and who it was instigated by, i would say, just two quick things. you have to be able to categorially demonstrably and quickly condemn acts of violence if it's political or not. and there should be no hesitation. we live in a time now where people justify their own hate toward some issue or some group of people and they feel emboldened and empowered to be able to do it. there are so many instances, judge, you took the words out of my mouth. if we cannot, those who believe the palestinians are being treated unfairly, if you cannot before you say that say what dana said and others have said on the show, release the hostages, and then a conversation about a pause or a cease-fire could seriously credibly happen but until then, the judge said it well. we're at war. and we have chosen a side in this war, and i hope my side wins. >> all right. thank you. >> coming $200,000 check and this $40,000 check which many say is the commander in chief getting his cut of the family's foreign income. the white house brushing those off as just loan repayments but so far has refused to lease evidence that backs that up. comer says that's just the tax trick that they use. >> we can connect the dots because as you showed on the screen, with this series of transactions, that's called money laundering, and this was a very organized criminal enterprise by the biden family and the reason they did these complicated transactions was to disguise the source of the revenue and to deceive the irs for paying taxes. so what you're going to see in the coming weeks is a lot of loans. any time the bidens have money they are going to claim it was a loan baecause you don't have we'll get an opportunity to see, but i don't lead to conclusions because people write checks to one another and i don't leap to conclusion because someone says it's a loan repayment. look, we had a conversation at the break about the law and about what happens when someone is charged with an assault or a manslaughter or a homicide. the same is true with these kind of incidents. if there is evidence to back this up, mr. corm has something but there is no evidence, this is a theory of the case he has and we'll have to wait to see if it can be proved. >> greg: judge, this loan thing and the fact that they are interest free, this is like a common tax cheat, isn't it? >> pretty common in my experience. in addition to the whole biden family. there is nothing more important than putting to rest a claim one way or the other that the president of the united states is corrupt and is at the head of an organized criminal enterprise. one of the issues there is, let's assume it's repayment of a loan. let me see the loan. let me see the agreement. what is the schedule of payments? and if it wasn't a loan, then joe biden is still in a pickle, because if it wasn't a loan he didn't pay taxes on $240,000. by the way, the $40,000 is 10% of $400,000 that hunter got in 2017. the same year that he said my father and i are waiting, we want our $5 million. david weiss said he wasn't impeded if his investigation at all. i don't believe that for one second. why did he ask to be special counsel? why did it take him five years to ask to be special counsel? and why did it take him
