criticism of england. and chrisjordan claims a hatrick as england qualify for the t20 world cup semi—finals. also coming up on sportsday... seven out of ten as red bull's max verstappen claims victory yet again. and despite carrying injuries, sky brown qualifies for the olympics skateboarding. thanks forjoining us. we'll look ahead to what's happening at the euros over the coming days but it's a night that could provide some drama in terms of scottish football. steve clarke's side could make it through to the knockout stages of a major tournament for the first time if they can claim victory over hungary, and this shows you just how tight it is. germany have already qualified courtesy of their two victories, while the goal difference of switzerland should see them through regardless, so if scotland can claim all three points it should be enough to see them take one of the best third placed positions and progress to the last 16. let's take a look at the scotland team, accounced around 30 minutes ago. scott mckenna is in — he places the injured kieran tierney. tierney was ruled out of the rest of the tournament with the hamstring injury he suffered against switzerland. mctominay and mcginn vital, with andy robertson and anthony ralston getting down the flanks to provide the service to che adams and co. let's get more now from jane dougall in stuttgart. the fans are filling up the stadium. we can see saltires a trip to the ground, and as you can hear, there is already singing going on, there is already singing going on, there is one unsupportivejohn mcginn. but they will need to be an almighty purse from the tartan to support their country tonight. a win against hungary would give them the best chance of going through to the knockout stages. a loss on it is all over. but they do have a game plan. sometimes, patience pays off. in theirfirst sometimes, patience pays off. in their first match against germany, scotland's tactics we have gone awry. but again switzerland, goodbye yet. germany don't want them to live either. whatever they have gone, the tartan army have made friends, to and baffling in equal measure. —— delighting and baffling. let's take a look at the permutation. scotland can't afford to lose tonight. if they do, they will finish bottom of they do, they will finish bottom of the group and they're going home. that is the worst case scenario. if they draw, they finished the group stages with two points, and that could be enough to go through in third place. however, that heavily depends on other countries and other groups, and it is unlikely. scotland have to beat hungary for the best chance of getting into the knockout stages for the first time in the history. that would mean the bid finished in third place, purchase or doesn't guarantee that they would go through. they need to be one of the four best third placed teams in the tournament. the only way that they could finish second is of switzerland were to lose heavily to germany and scotland were to beat hungary by a huge margin. don't forget that scott and's difference is not good after that 5—1 defeat to germany in the opening game. it is also an open air, but paterno is that scotland to see much in the opening game. it is also an open air, but we do know is that scotland have to go to here tonight and give everything in there's 90 minutes. so, this evening's other game sees hosts germany face switzerland in frankfurt. julian nagelsmann has named the same germany side who beat hungary on wednesday. he's not made any changes to his starting xi so far in the tournament. the hosts are already through. switzerland may still need a point to qualify. england continue their preparations for tuesday night's final group c match against slovenia in cologne. 0ur whole time. many of us saw quite a lot of cloud on sunday. this was the view in gloucestershire. but if you did manage to get that sunshine coming through, well, it definitely looked like a picture postcard here in worthing. now, over the next few days, yes, that heat is going to be building and we will continue to see some sunny spells. a little bit of rain in the forecast is possible. as we head through this evening and overnight, it is going to be a very, very mild night with temperatures quite uncomfortable for some. generally clear skies, maybe a little bit of cloud across some central and eastern areas, and those temperatures maybe not falling any lower than 16 celsius across some southern parts. even further north, nine or ten celsius, still very mild. monday morning, then, might start off with a little bit of mistiness in place. we have this weather front which is just trying to edge into northern ireland, parts of western scotland, so here perhaps a bit more in the way of cloud and some drizzle. plenty of dry and fine weather across northern parts of england and temperatures widely in the mid—20s in celsius, 2a, 25 celsius. some parts of aberdeenshire might even make 26 celsius through tomorrow afternoon. pollen levels generally going to be very high across the uk — if you're a hay fever sufferer, you don't need me to tell you that. then as we head through monday and into tuesday, we have this cold front still trying to make its way in. high pressure trying to keep it at bay, but that cold front will eventually bring quite a bit more cloud to many northern parts of the uk. further south, some blue skies coming through. generally it's going to be dry, but that front mayjust give a few showers from scotland extending down into northern england. and you can see the temperature difference where that front comes through. temperatures around 1a celsius here. further south of that front, still 26 to 28 celsius, so feeling quite oppressively hot, certainly getting that way across some southern parts. a change is on the way, though. you can see this area of low pressure just trying to spiral in as we head through wednesday, but it will take its time. so wednesday is looking generally like a mostly dry day with some sunny spells, but it will start to turn gunmen have attacked two churches and a synagogue in the southern
