he says yes, i am now on marilyn avenue behind blue rock stadium waiting for a dealer. the next day, october 14th, she writes, i called you 500 times in the past 24 hours and you did not answer, practice what you preach. hunter says i was smoking crack. she testified that they were in a romantic relationship from late 2015 to 2016, shortly after her husband and the brother died. that's when she learned about the drug use, and in june 2018 she visited him in los angeles when did they introduce the two crack, it was a terrible experience and she is embarrassed and ashamed of this experience. later that year, on october 20 second-23rd, 2018. hunter had apparently came to her house, he seemed exhausted and could have been on drugs at the moment, when he went to bed she cleaned out his car and testified she had found reminiscent of crack, cocaine, trash, and the gun. she took the gun to a market and threw it away, and they are trying to connect all of this, the drug use, the gun possession, to that time. the defense maintains through all of this, hunter was not using crack or cocaine at the time. they will have their opportunity to question once the prosecution wraps their discussion with hallie. >> harris: alcohol can be an addiction as well, i guess you just need to pick your poison with hunter biden. moving on, the infamous laptop, the episode cost millions of americans to rethink their trust in the media and the intelligence community and our elected officials. everybody lies about it. the fbi had, but we were told it was russian disinformation. earlier this week, a special agent testified that everything on the laptop is authentic and unaltered. yet none of the people who dismissed the laptop as russian disinformation, has come forward to admit that they were wrong or they were lying or whatever they want to call it. remember when 51 intelligent agents swore this, a laptop fits the bill. as the publication of emails are clearly designed to discredit biden. none of them have taken responsibility. how about the democrats? the media? they all said things like this. >> it is broadly and widely known that there is a broad range of russian disinformation. >> the origins of this pol polling, is a smear campaign. >> this is a classic textbook of soviet russian work. >> a classic russian playbook disinformation campaign. >> may be those emails are connected to a ongoing russian disinformation effort. >> it is so obviously a russian operation. >> hunter biden, the laptop, is likely disinformation from russia. >> ongoing russian disinformation. >> has been radio silence from president biden since this. >> there are 50 form a national intelligence folks, accusing me of a russian plant. >> there is overwhelming evidence from the intelligence community, that the russians are engaged. >> was this a smear campaign like you said? >> what was up with that. they all had the same talking points, where they making it up? >> emily: who knew what and when? because this was a lot, there's no other think the call it than that. i said this before but "the new york post" story from my personal account when i was press secretary, my personal twitter account was banned. this was a story that was widely denied, you decide not just during the election but all the way into the biden white house, you heard it from the podium that it was russian disinformation and the u vet, let's not forget come at the taa deputy mike morrell said that te person who recognize that letter was anthony blanket, who was the senior advisor for the biden campaign, who is now the secretary of state. he organized the air we need accountability because the nation was told a lie, newspapers were banned. >> harris: as he also pointed out, in was carrying that saran wrap. you know, that sealed laptop. not only was it not russian disinformation, it is also part of the case. we are owed an explanation. it is convenient that it only becomes real, such as right now. >> charles: that is the modus operandi, lie, deflect, whatever you can. because when the truth comes out, it doesn't matter. call it the 24-hour news cycle, a call at the same people who orchestrated it in the first place, to make sure it doesn't count later on. but whenever i hear, clearly it is obvious and out of any of their mounts, i know they are lying. when they say obviously or clearly, i know they are lying. >> rosanna: they do have to throw russia around, it's thinking that it solves any problem. talking to some friends of mine through the media and various organizations, when the whistle is happening, they said that the democrats do not care about hunter biden, no his laptop and i was the end of that. so why are we paying attention to this? >> emily: because they can sleep at night not having consciousness knowing that we can get away with it -- to them that they can get away with it. >> charles: so you have to discredit the laptop just so anything else that may have come out know. >> ro >> emily: this was an election won by about 300,000 votes across six battleground states. at dinner the day we are 30 million people persuaded by intelligent agents by joe bident the presidential debates? and they said do you want me to be honest? i don't feel good. i think it is wonderful we are honoring them but we need to take away some lessons that we look for, especially in how we live raise our children, that is the important thing about today. beyond recognizing that much. >> emily: martha, thank you so much. what a incredible time to be there at normandy. who was better than you to represent us there. thank you martha. meanwhile, hillary clinton posted this about the anniversary of d-day. 80 years ago today, thousands of brave americans fought to protect democracy on the shores of normandy. it didn't stop there, she went on to say, this november all we have to do is vote. >> harris: wow, it's confounding to me how she got to the point after the 2016 election where she then wrote the book, what happened? i don't know if she has a direct line of what is happening historically and what is happening now, this proves it. how does voting put us back in the day of world war ii in normandy? if she really feels that strongly, then let's celebrate the patriotism of some young men who were now, many of them as you pointed out had lied about their age so they could get in there were so young, not even trained. so what was she thinking?
