>> i believe i was on with you night of the shooting and the next night and said this thing needs to be released. basic narrative behind why this person chose to shoot up the school, three kids, three adults, would have been higher body count if she got her wish. we should know about this. i knew about this with other cases, unibomb, lapd officer that was basically a serial killer, there were writings and that should have been released to the public. this is only tip of the manifesto iceberg and it's combination of to-do list, a mission statement and operational plan all in the three pages. there is more in there, no doubt. >> laura: obviously it is a hate crime, if you believe in what hate crimes are, this is the definition. director of nashville metro police gave a statement, i cannot confirm or deny the authenticity of the manifesto. i am initiating full investigation with multiple law enforcement agencies to determine what happened. we asked the mayor office for a statement, they referred us to back to what we just read. what do we glean in this specific language being used by the nashville officials?
