and supporters of the hostages. thousands of people gathering putting a lot of pressure on the government not only to do more to bring those hostages home but also criticism that the government wasn't adequately prepared when we saw mass curse on october 7th all of this started with a march for several days take a look at the video. thousands people walked all the way from tel-aviv to jerusalem thousands of people these marches growing throughout the day and they slept in tents along sides of the street and one of the families joining this march today is actually the family members of one of the hostages that have found dead just a couple of days ago they said they joined this march and solidarity with other families hoping that they at least would be luckier. now in gaza today israeli soldier expanding ground operation searching for those webs of tunnels much of the focus has been around the al-shifa hospital largest where israel says that today it is accepted their request to start evacuating some of the patients from there but doctors will stay inside that hospital for those who cannot flee. meanwhile idf today also says that is struck launch post, weapons, warehouse and command centers by fighter jet and by helicopter. now, as this is happening as these ground forces are moving in and air force moving in, medics in gaza say israeli strike killed nearly 50 people today. images are now coming out as we have seen the floods of images of people who are displaced. two-thirds of gaza's population are out of their homes, hundreds of thousands of people are sleeping in shelters. sleeping in the streets and their cars and tents, and now we're starting to see more and more palestinians start to take cover in the nasser hospital in southern gaza. now, taking a look back at what is happening here in northern israel, we've seen that continued cross fire between the idf and hezbollah just alone here in this part of the country we saw as many as 30 rocket firessed this way on northern israel from hezbollah today griff. griff: wow busy and dangerous alex hogan live in northern israel. anita. anita: biden administration is under fire as government officials from who they argue have been ignored by biden administration. >> i think the thing that comes across in my constitutions consh iowa but representative of the country. is people are hungry for revival of we've seen shows him dominating among gop primary voters. but when we've heard from candidates griff time and time again they believe there's going to be either a change in the wind here on something president is struggling in the polls. let's go ahead to take a look at fox news polls, the first one i want to look at is the president's job performance look at this. 40% disapproval, that is just about the same as it was in october. i want to look at another one here. this is president biden's handling of the war. if we can put that one up. it looks like he's got a -- this is of his job performance. job performance okay so these are sesk specific issues that preem weighing in on national security israel hamas war, economy, immigration, you can see he's struggling there. in all of these polls. let me get your reaction to some of this joe let's start with you. where is the president doing well? what area qow say the president is doing a good job? >> nowhere. i think you see that in the poll numbers any way you want to slice it. as i've said here before, when the history books are written, president biden will go down as the president that brought an end to pack americana period of peace from present in the western world and if you look at what's happened in gaza and what happened in ukraine, if you look at the threats in the south china sea, and if you look here at home from the economy not working to the southern border where we have a migrant crisis and the fentanyl crisis, all of this comes from either his inaction or his inability to acknowledge reality and find common ground in common purpose with the american people aside from the use all desperately demanding an america that was promised. anita: brad what do you see i'm sure you have a different opinion. >> number one it is ridiculous to blame joe biden for ukraine or israel who is to blame for ukraine is putin who is to blame in israel is hamas and hamas was attacking ahead of historic peace accords to get president trump credit, set the foundation for and moving toward a peace deal and hamas wanting to stop peace in the middle east, brutally attacked israel and still holding people hostage. so the blame game is not helpful here and stay on terms of the polls president biden has to get on the trail and tell a story and every time he's on the trail people have responded now you have to understand approval rating for democrats we have a goods chunk of the base that's never satisfied because they're pushing for a better america and they're never satisfied with the status quo so they're frustrated with a democratic president who could be doing more and don't feel he is and not abandoning hem on election day. president obama in 2011 and october 2011 was at 38 percentage points and triumph mitt romney and i want the president to tell the story what he's done and what he hopes to do. anita: a lot of people would like to see the president out on the campaign trail and hope that happens and they are fueling now we're seeing third party candidates i want to put pictures up on the screen of some people that we know. we have now joe manchin talking about third party run, larry hogan rf jr. and jill stein all of these people, you know, may try to form some third party while rf jr. is running as an independent somebody might be a spoiler for two big candidates. but let's take a listen to what joe manchin actually had to say on that topic. >> i would never be -- i would never be a spoiler for anybody and i don't agree with that analysis they've come up with. but bottom line is i know one thing if people get off their high horse from the far right and far left and start looking at how do we continue to be the united states and quit trying to be the divided state, and be americans worry about party being the democratic republican i'm an american first -- anita: says an american first, and he didn't want to be a spoiler but if he does run, he certainly is popular -- he could take votes away from both major candidates. joe, quick thought on that? >> look i think that the reality is there are a lot of boogie men on the left and jill stein is not the reason why hillary clinton lost and hillary clinton and policies are reason why she lost trump and his vegs vision is why hillary clinton lost and i would push back against colleague and joe manchin and like rfk jr. considering the fact that they could be president is because of the fact that we had a president in joe biden that watch russia hack fuel supply and has watched russia hack our supply and communist party give ayatollah and do nothing and watched taliban take over afghanistan after that disastrous withdrawal and watch chinese communist party extract oil that has led to hundreds of millions of dollars going into their call so yes, the problems around the world can be laid at the feet of inaction and weakness by joe biden. and in spite of the fact that hamas and putin are responsible for their action and see joe manchin considering a third option here and why you see so many americans in the polls for somebody like rfk not heard on tv rising at such a astronomical rate. >> quick final thought from you what about rfk jr. polling and if joe manchin gets in he's popular are these two individuals a threat to a joe biden candidacy? >> it's hard to tell at this point because there's not enough historical data points to suggest how certain third party candidates would affect races first is ballot access and difficult in all 50 states is cost money and extensive volunteer option hof you don't need to be in all 50 states to affect an election you can't win but you can steer the election another way and i think to joe biden's message i like his message. that we immediate to come together as americans, i'm hope he holds to not be a spoiler but rfk he's polling for voters from trump than biden so if i'm trump i'm concerned too but the big concern with republicans they do not nominate trump he'll be a third party candidate who could win and apeeve election so that's the third party nightmare for republicans. anita: all kinds of scenarios the mix joe and following discovery of documents with classified markings in the president's delaware home and at an office in washington. he used after his time as vice president, now president biden is not expected to be charged with mishandling documents. all right for more on this joined now by senior legal fellow at the heritage foundation. let's go right to this news, now, to the people can kind of keep this straight because there's a lot happening here. this is a -- special council robert herr investigating president biden for documents mishandling back when he was vice president. we see often in these special council investigations that the target in this case president biden in close family members in this case hunter biden being interviewed sort of at the end of this what do you make of where this sands? >> well there's been a leak -- whether it's intentional or not that rob herr u.s. attorney for maryland in the trump administration has concluded he's not going to file charges against the biden for the possession of classified documents at the biden center that may or may not be true and even if it is true it wouldn't be surprising on one level because a number of government officials including vice president pence and others going back decades have been found to have classified documents after they've left office the question here is a question of intent and did he rank classified documents to his place of residence or his business and then keep them when the government asked for them back? and if herr concluded no it wasn't intentional and any issues of public report which i hope he does then that will be that. >> appears that report is forthcoming and will be interesting again it is hard to say anything until we have that report. however, it may come as a surprise to you former president trump already weighing in on social media calling this prosecutor misconduct and all things you would expect him to say but at the end of the day what do you make of the point that biden is not charged at all by herr but yet you see what's happening to former president is there this two tiers of system double standard? >> i think a lot of people think not just because of two particular cases which seem similar -- that there's a rigged system of justice. i mean, look just two days ago the dnc here in washington, d.c. the democratic national committee headquarters was essentially almost ransacked by pro-palestinian people, police officers were hurt yet what does u.s. attorney office do they don't charge anybody j6 they charge for trespassing and more serious things so you can't really say that refusal of rob herr to recommend charges against biden is a precedent for anything that the government is already done -- in terms of charging president trump for taking lots of classified documents and keeping them at mar-a-lago even after he was asked to turn them back and not one to say thes other but politically that, of course, is what's going to be said. griff: great point. let me ask you also about the other hunter biden news and that is -- david wise special council rice empanelling a grand jury in california looking at possible charges against hunter biden for among other things tax evasion there. you'll recall in delaware, it went away. closed the books, in this case we could see it in washington or now in california. your thoughts? >> if hunter's last name was smith or jones this case would have been indicted tried over with years ago. david wise who is the u.s. attorney in delaware and was under trump screwed up this case royally and it's only because they slow walked it as the two whistle-blowers testified under oath in congress about the only because his last name is biden they slow walk this. this should have been taken care of a long time ago i hope that wise is going to stand up tall and do the right thing and let the evidence go where the evidence is going and hope grand jury follows the evidence and does justice with respect to any criminal liability including tax evasion and failing to register as a foreign agent. griff: i just have ten seconds you think possibly we could see a not share the letter to promote any form of hate or violence against anyone nor do i agree with the extremism in it i was just shocked about what i had read and had a conversation with my followers. says that tiktok had banned her account and we were talking about the fact it is hard to get videos off of a platform once they're on i was on instagram one was cross posted i thought i was watching one of those mommy influencers videos all of a sudden these rambles about bin laden came out and i was like what am i watching? >> for a younger generation of americans that weren't here for 9/11, this is how they're learning about it on tiktok. it is not a good thing and that's, of course, why this is fueling calls for the banning of tiktok. >> absolutely. anita: alexandria huff thank you for that reporting. all right griff. griff: and here is the new york city mayor eric adams story blaming the city's financial problems on the influx of migrants. >> we have some serious financial trouble right now. and we just had to announce a budget cut and our services in the city a total of $12 billion to pay for these asylum seekers, migrant crisis that our city was hit with. >> expected to spend some $12 billion more. >> yeah. look this is cutting -- this is defunding police would actually saying defund the police. that is what new york city democrats are doing they're taking away from tax paying, law-abiding citizens. services that they deserve they've paid for and they're shifting it to individuals who have flowed into our country and not following proper rule and protocol and mayor has fault here as well because he actually -- misinterpreted right to shelter law and insisted that it was meant for citizens of other countries when it was solely meant for homeless new york citiers this is an argument we've been making over and over again and mayor by no means had to do what he did which was put individuals in luxury holings rooms offer them free education and services, he should have been focusing on the actual citizens who pay those taxes here in new york and second thing he should be calling on president to repeal executive orders that created this crisis to begin with we can easily go back to policies of the previous administration, and he can also call on chuck schumer who is the senator from his city happens to be head of the senate allow our bill, our border security act hr2 to come for a vote i'm sure if it did, it would pass the senate and we could resolve this today. >> well -- let's take a look at what else is on the chopping block here i think we have a graphic showing what else the mayor is cutting. he's -- not only is there going to be a freeze on hiring of police, but there's the cutting of the education department by a billion dollars. they're closing libraries on sundays. so -- it seems to be a lot of things that are really going to hurt new yorkers. and i want to play if we can just one other sound bite from mayor if we have it talking about -- how he thinks this is unfair to certain groups of people. let's listen. >> this is unfair to the asylum and new yorkers qhor been here for years upon years and national government must do their share. this is a national problem. >> so he's sort of shifting blame to national government but i thought it was interesting and toipght get your take on this that he mentioned it was unfair to migrants first before he mentioned that it was unfair to new yorkers who have lived there for a long time. your take on that. >> once again mayor has misguided prior priorities heree a stiff immigrants we welcome immigrants but cities in this city are most pissed off because quite frankly they follow rules sacrifice and work hard and now they're told they need to pay billions of dollars in services for people who broke the rules. my parents were immigrants they came to the country they never asked for a dollar from the government no one ever paid for their houses or for their services to tell citizens of new york they need to spend billions not just spend billions but on pop of it they're not having school safety offices in their school and police officers patrolling their neighborhoods at a time where crime is higher than it was years ago and we're 6,000 officers less than we had on september 11th. not to mention the dangers of this open border. the fentanyl that is killing new yorkers, killing our young people you saw the one-year-old boy in the bronx and so many others that are being killed by the drug cartels, who are pendling and trafficking this drug on the streets. so the mayor should be putting new yorkers first and that means telling your senator chuck schumer telling your leader hakim jeffries both from brooklyn, new york city to work us to actually where aaa projects 55 million people will drive to their thanksgiving destinations. worst times to hit the road late afternoon on wednesday midday thanksgiving and friday afternoon -- the good news
