and tonight there is frankly no other way to put it but america is in rough shape and joe biden, your president, he's pretty much the one person you can blame. now, our soldiers, they are under attack, biden does little to respond. cargo ships are targeted by terrorists while joe just looks the other way. the southern border has been an unmitigated disaster for 3-plus years and biden, he just pre tends that all is fine. the economy is in an inflationary nightmare but the president says it's never been better. but these are just a few of the very serious problems that the president now has to face ahead of 2024 and biden will also need to contend with a looming impeachment proceeding that has been credibly accused of public corruption, he has been and the evidence of wrong doing that is substantial although the media, as usual, just wants to cover for all things biden. now the bottom line is vice-president joe biden took official actions that benefited his son and his son's foreign business partners at the very same time the biden family has been making millions from these very same foreign partners. some of our top geopolitical foes and according to hunter a lot of that money went to the big guy himself. hunter meanwhile is an accused tax cheat, now facing felony charges with speculation that fara vie lakeses implicating his father could soon be on the way. naturally after years of nonstop bogus witch hunts against trump, many democrats now they have suddenly lost their appetite for impeachment. russian collusion truther jamie raskin is working behind the scenes reportedly on capitol hill begging republican lawmakers not to move forward with proceedings. now, put simply, democrats that are in a state of panic. the vast majority of you, the american people, nearly 70% believe that your president, joe biden, illegally and unethically was involved in his son's business deals. now, that number's only going to get worse with the bright lights of an impeachment proceeding. sadly, joe doesn't really seem to have the ability to defend himself and as trump said it's not even clear that biden even knows he's alive. so today he looked totally completely utterly confused, con founded, unsure of his surroundings yet again at an event in philly during his brief remarks biden failed to address the most, or most pressing issues of our time. and instead fill time with one of his very favorite tall tales about a wife, a house fire and his beloved corvette, you know the one next to all the top secret classified documents. but they didn't raid his house. take a look. >> also saved my home and my wife's life when i was away. it was the last day that the most famous guy doing meet the press in washington, dc and i was doing the program. and what happened was, lightning struck a little pond behind myself, hit a wire, came up through the basement of my home and three stories and the smoke clearly ended up bealing that thick, literally that thick. you've seen it. you guys have seen it. i wasn't there and my wife was there and my dog and my cat and my 67 corvette. but all kidding aside, they saved my wife. got her out, saved my home. >> according to authorities, the fire was tiny. it was very small. it was contained to the kitchen. it was put out almost immediately without any injuries, minimal damage to the house. but that has not stopped joe biden from telling that rambling embellished version of that story now, what, dozens of times since taking office but it gets even worse. you're going to love this on friday. a big number, let's just say it got the best of joe. take a look. >> look, i own a couple shotguns, i, i haven't shot them in a while because i usually just make target practice, skeet shooting. and all the studies joe his trouble with numbers is now extending to poll numbers. look at michigan. joe is losing by a whooping ten points to donald trump. look at a cnn poll. in georgia biden is down by five in a hypothetical match-up against trump and according to a brand new wall street journal poll trump is beading biden by four points nationwide. by and large the american people feel betrayed by joe's failed policies and, by the way, do not believe he's mentally capable of even carrying out the duties of president. one democratic pollster citing all these numbers as, quote, grim but be warned democrats do have something up their sleeve and that is a secret weapon, so to speak. and her name, they're now bringing on the services of hillary rodham clinton. according to reports, the biden campaign is now ready to deploy hillary to help the president's sagging poll numbers and campaign. that's the same hillary clinton that lost badly to donald trump in 2016 and then, of course said it was an illegitimate election. nobody seemed to care when she said it, the same hillary clinton that never bothered to visit wisconsin, the same hillary clinton who has been described as toxic to voters and of course we are very early in the election season, the first primary has yet to have taken place but is not good for joe biden. it's not good for the democratic party and every week it seems to get worse and worse and worse. anyway here now with reaction, he is the chairman of the house judiciary committee jim jordan is with us, sir. you know i'm getting a little sick and tired of this comment made by liberal commentators and by democrats. there's not a shred of evidence, nothing at all, whatsoever, that ties hunter biden and his foreign business dealings with joe biden. now, jim jordan, i think probably in a minute you could blow that right out of the water so i will ask you. >> yeah. there's meetings, there's dinners, there's phone calls, you name -- multiple times. the only thing that's changed in the whole thing is the story from the white house. first they said nothing, huh we find on it all these multiple meetings, multiple dinners, multiple phone calls into what joe biden is part of these. so for them to say that there's nothing there is just ridiculous. and it goes right back to the beginning, sean, when joe biden sits down with the mayor of moscow with hunter biden with his business partners and says, no, he never had any involvement. this is the same lady that gave hunter biden over a million dollars, $3.5 million. it all starts back in 2014 and she's connected to burisma. she's connected to where this all starts. so for them to say that makes no sense, that's why we're going to have an impeachment inquiry vote. it will help us get additional witnesses in which will buttress i think the already compelling evidence that we have. >> sean: but it wasn't -- you're talking about alaina bat reason a, that's the russian oligarch the former first lady of moscow. but it wasn't just the $3.5 million. didn't devon archer testify and say that she invested over a hundred million dollars. >> in a real estate company, yes. >> sean: in a real estate venture that hunter was involved in and the family was involved until? that's a hundred million dollars from a russian oligarch. and by the way the same russian oligarch he had dipper with at cafe milano, correct. >> correct. and the timing is interesting because when the first investment happens it's in february of 2014, it happens a week before russian invades crimea. and two weeks after when there are sanctions put on all kinds of oligarchs in russian but for some reason she escapes the sanctions. and then literally the very next month in italy is when the head of the burisma offers hunter biden a position on the board and at that mowing is also none other than yelena baturina. they're all connected from the get go continue the pattern of shaking down foreign companies and ininfluence and getting money all the way through while he's vice-president and then of course it continued all the way into 2018. >> sean: okay. let's look at i think the biggest slam dunk case and that is the burisma case. because, again i'll throw out the dates. it was october 2015. it became official obama administration policy that they had felt inner agency groups had felt that ukraine made enough progress on the issue of corruption that they were willing to give a billion in loan guaranties. that's october of 2015. okay. fast forward, december of 2015, five days before joe goes to ukraine, hunter in dubai with burisma executives, the people paying him millions of dollars, they call joe biden and five days later joe biden then goes against obama administration administration policy while he's in ukraine, leverages a billion taxpayer dollars and as a result they gave him six hours to fire the prosecutor investigating burisma, investigating his son, and that official action as vice-president then benefited his son who admitted he had no experience in ukraine energy oil or gas but was being paid millions of dollars and admitted he was an addict at that time. how was that not his involvement? because he seems very involved in it. >> no, we think it certainly was and you're exactly right. he leverages your tax dollars, the people i represent their tax dollars, the american people's tax money he leverages that to get an outcome that will benefit the company his son sits on the board of. that all happened as clear as day. i always say there are four fundamental facts here, fact number one hunter biden gets put on the board of burisma, fact number two he's not qualified he said so himself said he got the job because of his last name which was confirmed by his business partner devon archer when we deposed him this past summer. fact number three he's asked to relieve the pressure they're under from the prosecutor. fact number four, he goes there, gets the prosecuteer fired but uses our tax money to accomplish that. again old as time the story's as old as it gets, policy does certain things that benefits his family financially and then most importantly there's an effort to conceal it, cover it up, sweep it under the rug which is what david weiss has done for five years both as the u.s. attorney and now again i believe as special counsel. >> sean: okay. then you have, he's making more money in energy or more energy deals, and that goes to the what's app message. if you remember, the 1023 form. in that what's app message i am sitting here next to my father they're mad you didn't fulfill your commitment. between everybody he knows my ability to hold a grudge you're going to regret not following through on your commitment. anyway we are sitting here, meaning hunter and joe waiting for the call. didn't hunter also implicate his father as being a recipient of the money, half my income to pops? >> yeah. >> sean: didn't we learn from jason smith's committee last week that joe himself, using an alias account, an e-mail account, was e-mailing directly with eric sherwin, don't we have e mails between sherwin and hunter saying what account should i take the money out of to pay for dad's home repairs? didn't we have hunter playing half his income goes to pops? so it seems to me like that's all implicating joe biden. and then we hear again and again, there's no evidence. i will a give you the last word on this. >> it's why we want to move forward with this impeachment inquiry vote where the full house goes on record the majority says yes we're in an official impeachment inquiry of our oversight responsibilities because we think we'll be able to get additional e-mails from the administration, a better job getting that if we go to court and we'll have in for depositions these people we're talking with, we think they'll come in but they'll come in sooner and faster if in fact we have an official on wednesday >> sean: ken buck says he won't. do you see any democrats that maybe don't want joe at the top of the ticket. are they going to join forces on republicans on this. >> i doubt it. >> sean: and vote for the impeachment inquiry. >> i doubt it but i do think we'll get enough republican votes, a couple other people i want to talk to but i think we'll get the republican votes and be able to get all -- we have a lot now and i think it's compelling as we just talked about but i think we'll be able to get more information if in fact we have that vote and inevitably go to court to get some of these documents and witnesses in for the depositions. >> sean: maybe you'll lose ken buck. 's not particularly helpful on pretty much everything. anyway jim jordan thank you >> here with more reaction fox news contributor kellyanne conway. kellyanne, i often say that democrats circle the wagons, republicans create circular firing squads. all right. so this is what's going to be interesting to me this week when we have this impeachment inquiry vote. will democrats that maybe don't want joe biden to be their candidate in 2024, do you see them maybe using this as an opportunity to vote with republicans to slowly push joe off the ticket? >> it's possible, and i think it's going on with the main stream media and their polling sean. why are cnn and nbc and other outlets that endorse joe biden, don't want donald trump to be president again running all these polls that show historically high unfavorability ratings for joe biden, high unfavorability rating on his handling of the economy crime the middle east the border you name it. i think the democrats through congress either through their silence which should be seen as acquiescence or voting with the republicans on impeachment inquiry are answering your question for you. they're taking the advice of people like me who tell democrats all the time, if i were a democrat i would roll the dice get rid of biden and harris and take my chances because they're going to crown the future of the party. sean if there's nothing to see there, if there's truly no evidence the democrats should welcome the inquiry. maybe it would help joe biden in the polls they would seem him as a victim and put upon, say it is a partisan witch hunt. they know joe biden has very little if any political currency going into this inquiry and they know this is a white house that has stone walled and is non-klinent with the simplest of subpoenas. that's why i think you're going to see democrats come forward, they should come forward shun and they should say with dignity and transparency, i want the white house to at least comply with an inquiry. sean we lived through conclusions in search of evidence all during the trump candidacy, presidency and frankly post presidency. there is russia collusion we will find it. they still haven't. years later more russian collusion, more ukrainian collusion with the bidens than we did with trump. so if there's nothing to fear, go for it. i think biden is in such deep trouble though in all this polling for the wall street journal poll to have trump beating him for the first time in its poll, for trump to be beating biden by 22% on people who say the economy is number one issue, that spans all economic and geographic roots. and if you think it is a not watch him take hillary clinton with him on the campaign trail that is the death nail. she ace a two-time loser election denier the year. i honestly, and i'm being as objective as i can. >> right. >> sean: i cannot think of a single policy success. any policy that has benefited the american people and joe biden. that's number one. number two, if you look at joe biden, and i think this is interesting, i can't think of a single public event, kellyanne, not one, where he has not had some cognitive incident, either he mumbles, right, how does he get away with take day after day week after week and nobody in the media seems to care. >> he doesn't. by the way he doesn't. hey, sean, who cares what the media thinks and doesn't
